He has filed more than 600 cases as an Advocate-on-Record in the Supreme Court of India and represented parties in various branches of law.
Venkita is the counsel for various Corporations including renowned Real Estate Company from Pune, a leading Multi-National Pharmaceutical Company, having its Head Quarters in Gurugram (Haryana). Hitesh is a senior lawyer registered with the Bar Council of Delhi and also a Qualified Company Secretary, with over 17 years diversified experience in different areas of legal practice covering Corporate Advisory, M&A, Infrastructure, Insolvency, Arbitrations, Contracts, etc. During his association with PricewaterhouseCoopers Private Limited (PwC), Hitesh handled various prestigious assignments including assisting a Japanese Client in drafting, negotiation and execution of commercial contracts for various phases of a project, viz., logistics data bank – being first of its kind in India and also led assignments involving advising and drafting of project documents for Smart City Projects. Hitesh has also worked with law firms like Link Legal India Law Services and Singhania & Partners.

She has also attained a Diploma in Corporate Laws from ILS Law College, Pune.
Ruby’s experience includes managing several large and small legal services projects pertaining to contract review and drafting, legal research, legal document review and legal content management for US Corporations and law firms. Additionally, she has experience in designing and developing solutions pertaining to legal process outsourcing services customized to customer’s context/requirements, including identifying specific services requirement and proposing best fit services/options, operation model, pricing, volume estimate, resource requirement, transition/project migration plan, value proposition and service optimization approach. During her association with a Mumbai based law firm, Ruby also worked on drafting and filing complaints against defaulting companies on behalf of Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
